Returning A Rug

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item, please contact us first via e-mail info@rugvibe.com
within 5 working days of receiving it.
The item must be unused and in original or similar packaging. A refund (of the item minus the original delivery cost and any other agreed fees ) will be given within 14 working days from when we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the debit/credit card that was used to place the order.
Your Options For Returns are :-
A. Organise the postage/ courier return of the item yourself. Your item to return must be dispatched back to us within 7 working days. The cost of returning the rug is the responsibility of the customer.
B. We can organise this via courier – The cost of our pick up is €13.00 and we will deduct this from your refund owed once we have received the item in perfect condition. We will send you a label for printing. You must return via any post office or an post delivery shop.
As Fastway couriers have gone into receivership, we are currently unable to pick up rugs from your home. We hope that this is temporary.
Items on Sale , clearance or any other items featured on our sale page cannot be returned. Returns of these items will not be accepted, including rug grip/ underlay as this cannot be repackaged for re-sale
