Returning A Rug

We hope that you are happy with your purchase from RugVibe
In the unlikely event that you wish to return your item, please contact us first via e-mail info@rugvibe.com
within 5 working days of receiving it. Your item to return must be dispatched back to us  within 7 working day. The cost of  returning the rug is  the responsibility of the customer.
The item must be unused and in original packaging. A refund (of the item minus the original delivery cost and any other agreed fees eg, return costs) will be given within 14 working days from when we receive the returned item. The refund will be issued to the debit/credit card that was used to place the order.

Your Options For Returns are :-

A. Organise the postage/ courier return of the item yourself,

 B. We can organise this via our courier(although this may take longer ) – The cost of our pick up is €10.00 and we will deduct this from your refund owed once we have received the item in perfect condition.

Items on Sale , clearance or any other items featured on our sale page cannot be returned. Returns  of these items will not be accepted.
